As a holistic health coach, I serve as a mentor and guide for women to feel their best through making better food choices, creating healthier habits, and making small but important lifestyle changes.

I practice a holistic approach by understanding that relationships, career, mindfulness, and movement are just as important as the food you eat.

My purpose is to help women, just like me, integrate more health, self care, joy, and calm into their everyday life.

​

I specialise in helping women, mostly over 40, with natural hormone balance, stress management, and sleep.

I offer online wellness programs, supported group programs, and 1x1 coaching in Scarborough.
